I consider these comic strips as a vacation from all the other projects that I’ve been working on. I even consider them a break from reality. I’ve made the time to work on them to satisfy an itch that I’ve had for a while and while I won’t say that I’m going to start producing these regularly any time soon (being honest with myself here) I have been writing down several ideas that I’d like to get drawn out sometime in the near future.

And you never know what the future may hold in store for you. That’s what makes it so exciting.

You probably won’t understand this one unless you’ve seen X-Men Origins: Wolverine. And if you haven’t you should. It’s a great action movie that’s pretty funny at the same time. I’m just taking a shot at “Deadpool” towards the end of the movie. I don’t agree with the direction they took with the character, but it gave us a great fight scene.

Give thanks that you are not a turkey. Also, give thanks for everything you have, all the family and friends and for anything else you should be thankful for. Have a good one!

Guilty as charged. I made all my choices and wrote them down on a small piece of paper that I brought with me. Call it a habit. Or being Prepared. Or whatever you want. I just knew that I could potentially botch my choices if I didn’t already have the correct answers scribbled down beforehand.

I hope everyone voted today.

I’m also glad this election year is finally going to end so everyone could shut the fuck up about who I am going to vote for and then judging me when I refuse to answer by assuming that I voted for the candidate they didn’t chose! I still feel there might be an aftermath to follow.

It is a valid question. I think it holds more value with the voter turn-out this year. Three hours in a line to cast a vote? What does that translate to when you step inside the booth? I was told that there was no time limit and you can vote “at your own pace” which is good since the wording on some of the items you are voting for can extremely confusing.

South Florida had a minor run-in with Huri- sorry, Tropical Depression Fay. Not really a laughing matter, but I think everyone over-reacted to the first storm to hit land this hurricane season. Plus you can’t always trust the severity of the storm if you base it all on what the weather channel is telling you. That’s a fact.

I couldn’t think of another story to illustrate that wasn’t deemed “classified” so I’ll finish this short series with a page from my moleskine notebook that was drawn on the ride home from an awesome weekend. Good times were had by all.

I have nothing to add to this one. It happened. We gracefully declined the gentleman’s offer.

There is a lot of truth to this story. Actually it’s all true. Adrian was thrown off of his scooter after failing at a right turn attempt. There was a curb that refused to budge which resulted in some innocent bushes that received a killing blow from Adrian. Luckily no one was hurt (aside from the bushes) and no one else fell off.
