Mangos and Peaches

I can understand how listening to gamers & internet junkies can seem like a foreign language. And even though I understand exactly what this guy is talking about let’s be clear that he’s talking about the game he’s playing. Obviously if you don’t play the game everything is going to sound strange to you. I mean, I’ve read the first page of Stephen Hawkins new paper & aside from the everyday words like “the” & “then” I really can’t make sense of anything. They make this guy look like a grade-A retard (not saying that he isn’t) just because he speaks the way other players in the game speak. At least his girl friend is kinda hot.

I actually like the fact that we can speak in code. It opens up a new door for analogies & descriptions when we need to be low key.
