Hope everyone enjoyed their day off. I sure did. It’s nice to have a holiday right smack in the middle of the week sometimes. Gives me a day to collect my thoughts and breathe in between work and class. I was treated to a ridiculously long design meeting about new brocure layouts. Exciting, I know. The result is what usually happens when I’m stuck in a room bored out of my mind while taking notes: I decorate my notes to stay awake. I had Donkey Kong on the brain today for some reason. The other image is a character design I was fooling around with while on vacation. I cleaned it up a little, but I think it will remain just a concept sketch for now.
