Read a Mothafuckin’ Book

Reading Rainbow was what inspired me to read books when I was growing up. Granted most of the books I read nowadays are all Illustrated and collected in Trade Paperback form, but the influence to read goes back to PBS and the California Raisins telling me to go “check out books, at my library”.
Apparently some kids need a much more direct message. I was literally laughing out loud when I saw this video.

Saw this a couple weeks / months ago…pretty much laughed my ass off at it also. Best part, I bet some darker folk out there sing that like it’s the new club jam and haven’t read a book in years.
