Iran’s state-run media agency has been accused before of having digitally manipulated images released to foreign media. This week, as word spread of purported missile tests in Iran, the validity of an image of four missiles shooting into the sky turned out to be photoshopped — but not before a bunch of big news organizations printed it as legit.
PWND! You ‘d think that they would at least look over the images they manipulated to see if there is noticable tampering. It might be a little hard to see in the photo below, but the circled areas are clearly cloned over. The main thing to look at is the smoke trails and how there is absolutely no variation between both of the circled missiles.
For shame Iran. Even I’m smart enough to look over and cover-up my tracks.
