- Episode 71
As expected this past trip was filled with memorable quotes and sayings. Angee added 2 new words to his list and apparently my english is going down the shitter due to my spanish roots. My so called "Friends" were more than happy to point out each and every word that I butchered. I'm sounding more and more like the rest of my family everyday.
As i mentioned before it was a weekend of drinking like no other. Our last night we pretty much went all out trying every single shot that the bartender knew how to make. I knew it probably wasn't the best idea because I had to drive back up to Tallahassee the next morning, but I still took every shot that was handed to me minus the last one because that would have put me past the point of not waking up for the next two days.
Nicki mentioned to us early on that Camel sang to her at her 15's. I don' t think she realized the repercussions of mentioning that little gem of history to us. I mean, we like to make fun of people. It's in our nature for some reason. We made sure that she never forgot what she had mentioned to us. We even sang the song that he sang to her a few times if i recall correctly. She was also dubbed "Camel Jockey" for the remainder of the trip. Let's see how long it takes for us to forget about all of this and leave it in the past.
Personally, I don't think we will ever forget.
We also had a great time singing our old favorite church songs from Belen. Seemed a little messed up that we were singing it mostly while we were drunk, but hey, it's a catchy tune. I mean at least something stuck with us from high school right?
Right?.....
Side note:
So a few hours ago I attempted to fix the commenting system here, but instead i managed to screw up the entire code of the site. GG to myself. Had to recover old files and rebuild the last few updates due to my fuck up. I think I know what the problem is now... Hopefully it will be working by the next update or the one after.
